Kitchen and Bath Shop - Chesapeake

We just finished a kitchen, laundry and partial guest bathroom renovation with Justin as the project manager and Cihan leading up the demo and construction team. There were some hiccups moving from the design phase into construction and completion, but I’m still giving 5 stars because Justin did his best to make everything right in the end. He was always focused on making sure we were happy with the results. Cihan and his team did a great job with demo and construction. They were friendly, patient when I had questions and hard working!

Aaron, the project manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I’ll gladly recommend him to any friends considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation. Caesar and Mario were equally impressivetrue professionals with a talent for solving problems quickly and thoughtfully. They were incredibly respectful of my home and pets, and their care showed in every step of the work. This is a team that leaves nothing overlooked and delivers excellence from start to finish. We met with 3 different companies and selected Kitchen and Bath Shop for our kitchen project after meeting John - and he did not disappoint! Always going above and beyond during the design process. John was a shining example of how a designer shapes a beautiful and functional space for his clients. The crew was courteous and respectful throughout the renovation. Every part of our bathroom remodel was exceptional. Cat the designer really listened to what we wanted and created a design that met our needs and wishes. The rendering software showed us exactly what the final design would look like. Justin the project manager was super responsive in answering any questions we had and explained the whole process to us. The construction manager was very knowledgeable and created a stress free process even when unexpected things had to be handled.

They did a beautiful job on our kitchen! The cabinets are high quality and the marble countertops are stunning. We had the option to buy things like the backsplash tile with them or privately and have their people install it. Which was nice bc we had a very specific idea for the backsplash. The installers are very quick but attentive to detail and very helpful. I'm in a wheelchair or on prosthetics and they made sure I'd be able to get around well with the doorway openings and new flooring changes. I can now reach more cabinets without needing to get help to do basic things like getting down a mixing bowl! Also we have 3 very nosy overly friendly dogs that kept getting in the way but the installers never got upset like other have in the past. They helped me get them outside a few times whe
