Make sure you get change orders in writing! Construction sub was awesome, but electrical and plumbing subs were horrible and created more issues. Electrical sub never finished his job because he blamed everyone else. Plumbing sub was over the top bad. We were never made whole due to the issues being cost-prohibative to fix properly-would have meant pulling up counters and sink to replace A damaged cabinet. Company doesn’t know how to effectively manage subs…lots of down time. Would never recommend. Owners are bullies when it doesn’t go their way.

Would not recommend. Zero stars if I could. Two upstairs bathrooms redone and there wasn’t one thing the plumbers touched that didn’t have issues where they had to come back (multiple times) to fix. One of the upstairs bathrooms leaked into the downstairs bathroom and had to have ceiling replaced (downstairs bathroom was NOT one of the two being redone). When I told one of the owners that one of the toilets wasn’t flushing right, he asked if I was flushing it correctly (really?!?). I had Ideal Kitchens redo our kitchen and was beyond pleased with the experience. Would not recommend Kitchen & Bath Design Centers to anyone. Too much aggravation.

Rich will not stand behind the products he sells. I received a quartz counter top that had blemishes. The manufacturer (IGM) agreed to replace the slab. I looked at the slab before it was cut and didn’t see any of the lines or shiny spots. The replacement slab arrived worse than the original slab and they will not do anything to correct it. I spent almost 6k on a quartz island and counter top that looks like a 2nd for first quality price! Stay away!

Don and his team were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. From initial consult to measurement to installation they were just what our project needed. Construction of any kind can be a very stressful event, my wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome of the granite countertop, sink, and tile backsplash. We would highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Design Center for your next project.

Made the best decision ever!! I was shopping around for kitchen cabinets and ended up here! Don was great to me… I knew nothing about the process and he explained everything! From the quality of the cabinets to the countertops to little details like crown molding! Don’t get me started on the more than reasonable prices! I now have my dream kitchen!!!!! My expectations went above and beyond! I can’t thank you enough for all your guidance 🙏🏼
