I’ve waited a few months to post this in hopes that it would quit bothering me but it hasn’t. I had the displeasure of working with this company and the work was less than satisfactory for the pricing. I had to pay another guy to caulk parts of the bathroom tile work in. A few tiles are crooked, the edges look like an apprentice did them, the grout was not cleaned up off the tile correctly after they finished, and the owner came back to finish the job and had to pay my plumber 20$ to put a drain cover on. Every time I look at these bathrooms I get sad about the money spent on sub par quality I am now stuck with. I only give them 2 stars because they are nice people. If they try to say they do not know me like they appear to do with others with negative reviews I am more than happy to post

Alex and his crew did an amazing job on our tub to shower conversion. They worked consistently from 9am to 5pm every day, even working ALL day on a Saturday just so they could finish the job on time. Their work was beautiful and their communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to find this excellent family owned business in New Braunfels. We needed to have a bathroom remodeled. Upon meeting Carlos wife Sue and son Alex we knew we were in the right place. Carlos and Alex came to the house at Canyon Lake and reviewed what we needed done then at the showroom were able to help us pick out all the tile etc to get the job done. Once the job started the two man crew came demoed the bath making sure that everything was covered and that as little mess as possible was made. At the end of each day they would clean up everything and head out. The crew was profession, courteous and so easy to work with. They worked with us as we made decisions and changes during the project. I am very happy and satisfied with their services. I love my kitchen renovation and wish we had done it sooner. I'm a DYI guy and found Kitchen and Bath Solutions who sold Onyx products, which I used for a bathroom remodel. They were friendly, professional and offered a fair price. After visiting their showroom and selecting colors, we ordered our custom wall panels and shower pan. They stayed in touch with me during the process and the order was delivered to our location ahead of schedule. Everything turned out perfect and I couldn't ask for a better result. You won't go wrong using them for your project!
