Second time walking into this store. Older woman always at the front. Whom seems to be angry…today I walked in I said hello in a great mood, snarling she gets up (no response) walks into the back and hides. Wow!!! I at least get a greet by another person who continues to keep walking. Both time’s walking in and the air of go f yourself is how this place greets customers. If you want customer service this is not the place. I gave it a second chance. Wow just wow they win the best award for ignoring your customer. Apparently they have so much business they don’t need anymore.

Madeline helped my wife and I pick plumbing fixtures for my new house. She is fantastic, she helped us save money with out sacrificing quality. I will go back here every time I need something plumbing related.

My mother and children walked in here one afternoon and not one person greeted us, nor offered to help us after walking around the store for about 15 mins. Clearly these people have a problem with the color of our skin
