I just want to share how incredibly helpful Megan Mazur and her team were at resolving a bad situation we had with our inept contractor who was also a KCD distributor. They were more than understanding and caring and helped us resolve the issues quickly and to our complete satisfaction. And we love the cabinets!! A huge thank you to KCD for their extraordinary customer service!

Cabinet quality is good but be aware they don't replace single doors if something happens to one. We had an issue during install with a single door and when we asked to pay for a single door replacement we were told we had to re buy the entire unit for over $700 because it doesn't fall under warranty. Just good to know as I assume most people run into accidents or issues at some point throughout the life span of the cabinets.

The KCD team was AMAZING. I had a short timeline for my project, and they went above and beyond to deliver my cabinets when the contractor needed them. They worked with me to make sure I had everything I needed, from the lazy Susan accessory to the correct cabinet hardware and touch-up kit. I am very happy with the quality and beauty of the ordered cabinets. The pieces were undamaged when they were delivered, but the KCD team followed up with me to ensure everything was perfect. I love the soft close features and the quality of the finished project. Thank you, KCD for making my dream kitchen a reality!
