I'm very impressed with this company. As a small business in Kenosha we were excited to support a local Kenosha company. We purchased our order and it was a quick and efficient process. The order was delivered on time but as a result of some miscommunication it was not to our specifications. The delivery driver was polite and immediately contacted Emily Miller. Before I could call her she had already sent me an email detailing what the remedy would be. Within 2 days we had the product delivered. We installed it and it looks great! Working with Heather has been a absolute pleasure. She is there Johnny on the spot, she makes all our clients truly confidence and comfortable. She walks each project with confidence and makes the client feel stress free when going over the details on multiple selections they get to choose from. Sure is always on honest. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had from management. I haven't ever seen a place care less about someone after they get your money. I was sold something i didn't order. I had it new in the box and they would not take it back. I asked for even 50% back because i didn't need it and was told to kick rocks. I could understand if this was a custom piece however it was a standard white cabinet that they probably sell hundreds of per week. I was blatantly told to go away. Wow I guess they showed me.
