Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service - acting like she’s superior to everyone, which is completely unacceptable. I’m a busy person, and I don’t have endless time to waste on phone calls when a simple email would resolve everything. She refused to answer my question by email and lectured me that “real customers” only call her. Hello! It’s 2025 - communication has evolved! Email is a standard and efficient way to communicate! How can we talk about “modern design” when the designer - and her customer service - feels stuck in the AOL days? There are plenty of better companies out there! Run away.

Laura and contractor Jim Feid were great to work with. Laura's design brought our dated and tired 1990's kitchen to a beautiful, functional space for our busy family with traditional and transitional touches. We entertain quite a bit and I cook almost every night so our kitchen had to be highly functional, organized but beautiful all at the same time, and Laura helped us achieve that! Laura also assisted us with flooring options (the flooring is constant throughout the entire downstairs). Very happy with our kitchen space!

Kitchen Design by Laura hired us to photograph one of her award winning kitchens for a feature article in Florida Home Magazine. Laura has been great to work with. Our experience with Laura was outstanding. From the initial planning visit to the final walkthrough, we felt that Laura was always looking out for our best interests. We contacted Laura about ideas on how to improve our kitchen. Laura spent our first meeting together really getting to understand what we had in mind.
