The finished product on my kitchen remodel far exceeded my expectations and completely and positively changed the look of my house in the most extraordinary manner. Home remodeling, at it's core is very intimidating, but Charles made it the exact opposite. Not only did they complete as scheduled, but Charles made incredible suggestions and put my mind at ease when I would question certain items. He always knew best. His whole team, from Geraldo installing cabinets, the team installing the countertop and backsplash, and Matt the electrician, they were a well oiled machine with Charles leading. Honestly when having work done to your home on a large scale it can be intimidating, but Charles was absolutely phenomenal. He and his team showed up when they said they would be there each and everyday, he would let me know who was coming, time they would come, and what they would be working on. They were professional, clean, used highly quality materials, and most importantly in constant communication throughout the whole process (morning, night, and weekends). I am extremely pleased with the work that him and his team did on my kitchen. Highly recommend!!

Charles and his team are absolutely amazing. They completed my bathroom within the time frame given and the work crew took their time as they did their installation. I met Charles of Kitchen Express by chance, a stroke of luck I would say. I started working with a contractor to install my kitchen cabinets. I had already worked with a designer from a well-known large home improvement store for over a month and was thrilled with the cabinets, tile, backsplash, and counter tops selected. Unfortunately, despite me telling them I was only buying the cabinets and not the installation from them, they were pressuring me to have them do the installation as well. They had horrible reviews, so I knew I wasn’t having them do it all along. They held my measurements hostage and would not confirm the design fit the measurements. I cannot say enough good stuff about Charles and his team. They did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. They did it on schedule and on budget. They were meticulous about their work. I can honestly say this was a very stress-free remodel. if you need before and after pictures, send me a message. The remodel goal for the project was to extend my prep space and storage into the breakfast nook. We still have to install the pantry bi-fold barn doors. But I love having all my appliances in my pantry instead of being on the countertops. we even put electrical in the pantry so they can be used right where they are stored. They even changed out the top of my coffee cart to match. It’s attention to detail that I appreciated.
