Kitchen & Flooring Concepts

We used KFC in 2023 for a tile flooring update and shower/bath remodel, and in 2025. Most recent was a full Kitchen demo and installation of new cabinetry and countertops. We also allowed them access to our new home while we were on vacation replace all flooring with new LVP throughout. I totally trusted Bill and his sub that has worked with KFC for decades. I was very involved and at home each day for the kitchen renovation. Every single question or concern was ALWAYS addressed and resolved. I have no regrets. Thanks KFC. 👍

We ended up with a beautiful shower that is *probably* waterproofed correctly; however, the sub-contractor who actually performed the work tried to get away with only waterproofing the corners of the walls, and when confronted insisted that concrete backer board is waterproof already and doesn’t need AquaDefense. Most of the actual work was performed by a non-English-speaking sub-sub contractor under some direction by the sub-contractor, who was rarely present- but when he was present, he was abrasive, rude and condescending because my wife didn’t have the details- that we gave to the project manager well in advance. She doesn’t know which tile is for the ceiling, but you know who does? YOUR BOSS. Try calling him? The sub-contractor was also adamant about working on the weekends even thoug

Bill and his team did amazing work! Everyone involved in the project from the showroom to plumber, electricians, etc were professional and courteous. They went the extra mile and worked hard to get our kitchen ready for our sons first birthday party. We’d highly recommend them for your kitchen and bathroom remodel!

We were referred by my mother in law, they did a great job in her new vinyl floors in her apartment at Westminster Woods. We had a tight timeline to install new carpeting, Bill helped us pick out a great product at a great price, figured out the best way to get it up spiral stairs, and they got it installed by our project deadline. Installers were on time, nice guys, and it looks great.
