Kitchen Saver

Kitchen Saver delivered on their promise of an Amazing new kitchen, in just three days. Salesman Sean Hertzler was terrific and so easy to work with. He managed a change to our order and his communication skills were exceptional. Shane Smith is an incredible carpenter, with an easy going personality, and an amazing work ethic. My wife/I called him the rock star of kitchen cabinetry! He went above and beyond our expectations and created our dream kitchen. We are so glad that Shane was assigned to our job.

Bottom line - Kitchen Saver is a scam. We live in the Harrisburg area. We thought we were getting an updated kitchen that looked more modern and luxurious. What we got was cheap and simple. We went from drown moulding to cheap plastic moulding. They ruined my floor while doing the renovation and only offered $500 for the damage. There is a scratch on my refrigerator now too. They didn’t have the cabinet doors and drawers ready when they started. What was supposed to take 2 days has now been three weeks. It’s just been one bad experience after another and at this point I just want them to take it all off and give me my money back. Avoid Kitchen Saver. We can’t find the BBB but rest assured, we will be filing a complaint.

Our experience with KitchenSaver, from the point of sales thru installation could not have been better. We could not be happier with the results as the finished product is simply beautiful. Both Shane and Josh were very professional and knowledgeable. They made the installation a great experience from start to finish. We had our kitchen done by Kitchen Saver over a year ago. Noticed some marks on the edge of the cabinet. Also a an issue with caulking, and blemish in countertop. Shane Smith was the representative who completed the repair work. Shane went above and beyond in making the necessary repairs. He went out of his way to insure everything in cabinets were functioning properly. He was very conscientious.
