It has been over a year since I had this service completed. We had a complete refacing of our kitchen. From the beginning, the project struggled, outside of the salesman who did what salesman do…sold; the entire project was a struggle. The project manager/office manager transitioned during the period of time that we were there, the project which was supposed to take at most six weeks lasted between four and five months. With the constant need to reorder parts. Finally was the craftsmanship. I had great reviews going into this project. To be completely honest, the craftsmanship simply was not there. Multiple times we walked around, having to show corners that were not properly glued down, drawers that were not closing correctly. KitchenAid stand not installed correctly. It got to the point

We are absolutely thrilled with how our kitchen turned out, and we can't thank you all enough for the work you put in to make it happen! Brie's recommendations during the design process - especially the sink and flooring - were spot on and really helped pull everything together. The product quality was excellent and the available selections, like the different cabinet colors and levels of customization, the counter options, and the special features like our pull-out lazy Susan, really made it feel like we could get exactly the kitchen we wanted. And we did! Our guys, Payton and Skyler, were amazing and efficient. They put a lot of effort in to making sure everything was done right, particularly the precision cutting and tile matching on the floors. And they were friendly and fun to have a

Great experience all around, especially the installation. Skylar is a fantastic representative for this company. He is very professional, knowledgable and an all around expert when dealing with cabinets. On this particular installation there were a few unexpected problems that arose, not attributable to anyone. Skylar demonstrated exceptional problem solving skills and was able to resolve these issues very quickly and professionally. His interpersonal skills when dealing with difficult issues was very calm and reassuring. The bottom line is the product is a plus but the entire experience was enhanced by the polite, professional and knowledgable demonstrated by Skylar.

I would highly reccomend Kitchen tune up to do your kitchen remodel. From the time Ed came out to measure to Evan and Zach start to finished the remodel. I was very impressed. They definitely get gold star for professional and reliable.

My kitchen is gorgeous, just as I wanted. Happy with the experience- from the sales rep to the customer service phone contact to the actual installers. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I was especially impressed with the installers; they used headsets instead of blasting loud music of their choice, which I've experienced with other home installers. The over all thoughtful touch really stood out. Kudos to Kevin.
