I agree with Barbs review. I stopped in a few weeks ago because we are doing a bathroom remodel and I wanted to get inspiration and to look at the colors for the PVC shower walls. Walking in I was not greeted, and there were a few associates that were busy with other people, but not the receptionist. No one greeted me or made eye contact. I sat on the floor in the back room looking at the colors for the shower walls and was reading through the book to find out what size things come in for almost 7 mins . I understand if you are too busy to help since I did not make an appointment but not one person I walked by said hi or do you want to set up an appointment. Never again .

From our very first meeting with Carrie, I knew she was going to be awesome. She came in special for us early on a Saturday morning due to our busy work schedules and was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. She listened to what we wanted for our new build and gave us suggestions to fit our style. She has been in the business 18+ years and this is easily apparent when you meet her. She was always quick to respond to emails whenever I reached out to her with questions, and she was so patient, and spent so much time with us, during the selection process. She is extremely professional, is very personable, and really knows her stuff! The Briggs showroom is large and beautiful and has so many wonderful options. Great place with many options. Workers are very knowledgable about all the products. Helps to make appointments just so you know you can get a consultant when you go in.

We had the opportunity to work with Jessica at Briggs. She was absolutely amazing to work with! Went above and beyond to look for the plumbing and lighting fixtures that we wanted. She kept in touch with us throughout the selection process and made the experience very enjoyable.

We are remodeling our bathroom. We completely tore it out and we will be replacing everything... but not with anything at Briggs. It says on the website walk ins are welcome. But walk in the door and you soon realize that is not really the case. Your treated "ok" by the receptionist, but it is obvious you should have made an appointment. She told us to look around and to let her know if we had any questions. When we had questions. It was very apparent that, it was a hassle. The gal that answered our questions was not friendly at all, did not ask us any questions and it was quite obvious we were interrupting her day. Oh well, guess when you wear shorts and don't dress to the nines with your money hanging around your neck, to buy bathroom fixtures you don't get good service. Sorry ladies,
