Kitchens By Design

We couldn't be happier with the results of our remodeling project by Kitchens by Design! We redid our entire first floor, including the kitchen, living room (fireplace makeover), and bathroom. It was a big project, and they stayed on schedule the entire time. Some things changed here and there, but in the end they finished the day they said they would. The entire process was extremely easy. We needed a lot of help with decisions and Rachael walked me through everything, and was patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted. Once the project started, JT kept everything running smooth. He always communicated when he would arrive and the plans for the week. I always knew what to expect. He seriously went above and beyond! First time remodel I was nervous after hearing so many horror stories - so glad we chose KBD! Our new kitchen is fantastic (LOVE IT!) and the process was just so smooth. Our lead contractor Jon was a perfectionist, triple checking every detail until it was perfect. Matt, Rachel and Melissa were a top notch team to work with. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent. Matt went to great lengths to keep the dust to and disruption to a minimum. Their desire to make sure we had an overall great experience and got exactly what we were looking for came through with each interaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at a kitchen remodel.
