I hate to leave a negative review, but my experience with Suburban Kitchen has been incredibly disappointing. On August 30th, I placed an order with them for a few missing cabinets from a Wood-Mode kitchen they originally sold me. Joe assured me that the order would be expedited and guaranteed delivery by December 9th, well in time for Christmas when I was hosting family to meet our newborn daughter. Based on this assurance, I scheduled countertops and carpentry installation for December 10th. Despite following up multiple times to reconfirm the delivery date, the cabinets did not arrive as promised. On December 9th, instead of providing a solution, Joe suggested I drive over three hours one way to pick them up myself, claiming, “It’s not a bad ride.” When I contacted Wood-Mode, they inf
