Kitchens of Chattanooga - I am so pleased with my experience from Kitchens of Chattanooga. From the beginning including meeting with Ivette to discuss a plan and choose what I wanted to the completion of my kitchen. Easy to work with and everything was explained in detail. Shelby, who installed the cabinets, went above and beyond with the perfect installation. He also had a helper that was very good and both were very personable. I highly recommend Kitchens of Chattanooga!

I am so glad I choose KOC to design cabinets (Kitchen, Bath, Wet Bar and Hall) for my new home. Ivette was incredible to work with as she took my vision, improved it, and turned into reality. The road was not entirely smooth, we had issues with a few of the kitchen cabinet doors . That experience is another reason I am so glad I chose KOC. Ivette really stepped up to the plate and provided exceptional customer service. She didn't always have good news, but I knew she was always there doing her absolute best to get the issues resolved. Issues are resolved and I LOVE all of the cabinets. The installation crew is also top notch. Highly recommend the KOC team!

Kitchens of Chattanooga transformed our worn and outdated builders grade 2000's kitchen into a modern luxury kitchen. Ivette created a show stopper kitchen with unique details. Our experience with KOC from start to finish was exceptional. From Ivette's design to her help in selecting cabinet line and style as well as finishes (countertops, hardware, lighting, inserts) etc. Their cabinet installers are top notch with their workmanship and attention to detail. Everything was on time, communication was excellent. I would absolutely have KOC do future work in my home.

I used Kitchens of Chattanooga because my contractor recommended them. I regret using them. I gave them 1 star because I had to. They are extremely overpriced for their quality. We have some slight dings from there installation and they never called me to follow up. They are disingenuous about the pricing when they partnered with the stone company. I feel I was hoodwinked by them.

I read the other reviews and took a chance. The whole project took over 6 months. I had to come up with my own design as the "designer" never bothered to give me any ideas even though I asked for one. Then the measurements were all wrong. Didn't find that out until the cabinets were in and it was too late. Installers were horrible and left screws lying around for us to walk on and split cabinets and hung damaged boxes and doors. I went back and forth with the "designer" and got nowhere until I demanded to speak with Mark and threatened to withhold payment until I did. Mark was who convinced me to use them In the first place. 3 months in I finally got in touch with him and he came out to my house and looked at all the problems. He apparently was not told I was trying to reach him. He promis
