Kitchens & Windows Unlimited

We had our countertops and cabinet hardware updated. Kathy was great with her suggestions and the installation crew were great. Initially, we had some scheduling hiccups but Kitchens and Windows Unlimited made the installation process seamless.

Everyone was so great and my kitchen looks amazing! From Kathy who helped design the look of a 1906 Kitchen, to the people in the shop that custom built to create the look, to Troy who overcame the challenges (and they were no small challenges) of installing cabinets in a 1906 house. I’m very grateful to have worked with an amazing group of professionals! Thank you all for your efforts and attention to detail to make a vision become a reality.

We were an easy walk in store sale. We already had the measurements and colors picked out, we just needed a little guidance for the rest. We came back a week later to ordered another piece. We we're told we would get a call the next day. We never got a call We went to the store ordered & paid, apparently they forgot to order it. When we picked up our items, we find out we should have ordered the matching trims for both pieces, because they aren't part of the kit. Why didn't they tell us that when we ordered? Oh, and they ordered the incorrect countertop for our faucet after given all of the correct & necessary information. We chose their business because they are in our area and we like to support small. Kathy was easy to work with. She offered suggestions when looking at all the choices for the bathroom & kitchen. She answered questions when contacted, set up all the people coming in to do the work and made changes when needed. She checked on things as the remodel went on. The remodeling process was easy with the help we received.

Shoutout to Tyler the Service Mgr.. I came in with a post-storm issue and he help explain everything looked up parts. Really appreciate him. Thank you!
