We had a technician arrive on Tuesday and diagnose our problem. He told us it would take a day to get a quote for the repair. After three days and multiple calls (I never got a call response as promised), we were finally told it would not be until next week before we even had a quote. All the while, the home has continuing water pressure issues. The problem seems to be of no concern to the service team even after a $211 charge just to diagnose a simple water pressure value issue. Had to use another company to solve the problem.

John was kind and courteous. He was friendly and offered great suggestions and shared information to ensure the longevity of our pipes and garbage disposal. Another company quoted us $850 to replace our garbage disposal, but John was able to fix it for less than a third of that price. Highly recommend him!

We realized hot water heater was not working and called our AC company. They recommended Kittelberger Plumbing because we needed a replacement today. I called and they quoted a price and time of arrival. They were on time and efficient. We would use them again.

This company has been our go-to plumber for many years. Called at 9AM to report "no hot water". Mark & Ryan arrived at 10:50. Said my 17 year old heater was kaput. Went back to shop for replacement. Installed it and we had hot water at 1PM. Is that a new Olympic record or what?

James M was correct in diagnosing our problem. He was extremely helpful in suggesting solutions. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and a consummate professional. When we need a plumber, we will contact him and highly recommend.
