Kiwi helped me with my home rugs last year and did such a great job I called them again. I moved from the Dallas area to South Texas and was a little concerned they wouldn’t be able to help me this year. Christine said absolutely they could help. I appreciate the professionalism, helpfulness and look forward to their service again.

Recently cleaned 2 rugs and did a great job. Got rid of the urine smell and they look great. Did such a great job, I have them pick up 2 more rugs for cleaning. I've used KIWI for several years. Never been disappointed! Highly recommend!

UPDATE 3: After filing a complaint with the BBB, I finally got a reimbursement check for the services we didn't receive. The three month fiasco is finally over. UPDATE 2: For whatever reason, Kiwi refused to issue a credit for the tile they didn't clean to the card that we had used originally to pay for this "service." Instead, the said they had to send refunds by check. Now it's been almost two months and we still don't have the check. I've called countless times and each time I'm told that they are "busy" and will reach out in a few days. What a joke. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. In short, STAY AWAY. Orlando did a killer job. Our carpet buckled in 4 bedrooms and a hallway. We hired Kiwi to come out and re-stretch the carpet in those areas. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. Excellent work, highly recommended!

I was very pleased with my experience with Kiwi Services. They communicated timing and pricing so you know exactly what to expect. The carpet on my stairs and living room looked better and there was absolutely no residue or odor afterward. The stains on my carpeted stairs were particularly difficult to get out and the team worked diligently to improve the appearance.
