I bought a stain color from them based on the pictures they have displayed in their store. When I used the stain it did not match the pictures. I tried to return it & they refused. No where on the receipt it says you can’t return. They made all kinds of excuses about sign on their door. Terrible customer service! Don’t buy from there.

Once again, an outstanding job by K&K Flooring. This was the third time they have done work on our house. This time it was to install luxury vinyl in the basement. The entire process from quoting to final touches was flawless and a high quality experience. They fully accommodated our schedule, which required the job to be split into two steps over two weeks. Their pricing was very competitive, and working with Patrick on the sales/contracting and ongoing administrative process, and the team on the installation process was professional and a stress free. And the results were excellent. The luxury vinyl looks great (and realistically like hardwood) and is the perfect product for our basement. We highly recommend K&K Flooring, who have consistently done a great job for us.

Place was good. With a good variety of mouldings with fair prices.
