kL family clean ups

Kl family clean up was great. They were very responsive to my need to get my roof cleaned of moss for my insurance company. He did a great job cleaning the entire roof and cleaning up the gutters. My roof looks like a new roof. Good work and great price.

I hired Luis Hernandez/KL Family Clean to complete the rails and deck on my property, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Despite promising a quick and efficient job, the work was left incomplete, with the rails and deck not finished as agreed upon. Communication was poor throughout the process, and it was difficult to get updates or responses to my inquiries. When I was able to reach them, I was met with excuses and delays, but no progress. The lack of professionalism and reliability was frustrating, to say the least. I would not recommend Luis Hernandez/KL Family Clean to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy handyman. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else who will actually complete the job as promised.

Started with KL for gutter cleaning only for a reasonable price. After the job was done got talking about how my pressure washer was broke and I wouldn’t be able to get to some of my usual jobs. KL offered up a proposal for window cleaning and power washing of some critical areas. Was astounded to see the effort and time put into the job. KL went above and beyond - specifically by power washing some outdoor furniture and the front walk, which I did not expect. Excellent service, respect and attention to detail.

Very professional, meticulous, flexible and well worth the price. I would highly recommend.
