We needed to sell our Alexandria home, so our realtor provided a PowerPoint presentation outlining repairs, remodels, fixture updates, and upgrades. Klappenberger & Sons took care of every last detail. I didn't have to buy anything or go anywhere. I didn't have to manage them either. They were professional, courteous, and communicated with me frequently. The final product is tremendous, and our house was on the market for only seven days, selling above the asking price. They are a fantastic company that you can trust to get the job done.

We interviewed four contractors and chose Klappenberger based on their professionalism and detailed description of the work to be provided. Alex responded to queries promptly and with courtesy. The team arrived on time, were polite and industrious, and took care not to damage our carpet and hardwood floors. The quality of the painting work is excellent. Communication was not an issue. I would definitely use this company again.

Klappenberger & Son did a great job restoring our ceilings and painting our interior, as well as removing some built ins and patching some walls. We had textured ceilings in many rooms that they completely smoothed and look brand new now. The team worked quickly and were here every day until the job was complete, and they were professional and kind to work with. Jon Anderson was in constant contact to help walk us through the status of the project and did a number of walkthroughs with us along the way (Thank you Jon!). Huge thank you to Westley and his crew for doing a great job, it feels like a brand new home now.

I found Klappenberger via the Montgomery County Best Picks guide to work on my deck. I chose this company( even though they were not the lowest bid) because they presented an outline of the job step-by-step with photos. Jon, the estimator, stayed in contact with me and showed how my choices for the stain would look before my final decision. Customer service has been great…I thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.
