I had a major water leak in the Basement (water was gushing out of one of the pipe) last night around 9:30 pm and Josh who answered my call sent Nate for us to fix the leak right away. I was impressed and appreciative of their quick response to this emergency and especially Nate's skills and knowledge. Thank you.

Jason and Hunter were great starting our Boiler. Their attentions and professionalism were top notch. They sent the plumber, Brian for a pipe -leak follow-up. Thank you !

When the guy got to my house, he didn't knock, and just let himself in. he was very rude asking where my furnace was. he then spent 5 min looking at it then left. I wasn't informed on anything so I had to call and it took me 3 days to get ahold of them. they then proceeded to tell me they already ordered the replacement parts without telling or asking me if that's what I wanted, which totalled nearly $1000. I ended up spending $30 on the part I put in my self. and they then tried charging me 90 to stand there for 5 min. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

We paid 2 hours of labor for them to change 2 shut off valves the guy was here a half hour and ran around doing other things for an hour and a half and I had to pay for that. They quoted $80 and after the guy came here then ran around town doing god knows what for a hour and a half we had to pay $209. I don't know how that's leagal he was here half a hour and they charge 2 hours
