Klayman Roofing & Remodeling

Horrible experience with Klark Klayman. He was hired to replace a flat rubber roof. He subcontracted it to an unqualified man, with no certifications from the roofing manufacturers. The roof was not properly installed. It was not adhered correctly, and would have blown off next big storm we had. When he was confronted, they refused to correct the problems. Instead, we got text messages insinuating they would do something. Next day the roof was vandalized, putting the tenant's new office furnishings at risk. The police confronted the sub, on the property, the day the roof was vandalized. The police observed previously installed rubber roofing materials in the bed of his pickup truck. Paid Klark Klayman $1,600 to repair some box gutters. They leaked much worse after he fixed them. Literally had a waterfall coming out in one spot. See the photos and videos. Terrible work. Promises a lot, but gives you garbage work. Should not be allowed to operate a business.

I have nothing but praises to give Klark for the roof replacement work we had done recently! From start to finish he went above and beyond for us to make sure we were able to get our roof completely replaced. We had several contractors come out to get estimates and Klark was the ONLY person to climb on our very steep roof to actually inspect the damage. He was also the only one who helped us get insurance involvement/payment and he showed up again to help when the insurance adjuster came out. Our roof was replaced in a timely manner, completed in one day, and looks amazing! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience with Klark, he was very patient with us and dealing with our insurance since we were doing it as a storm damage claim. Everything was done in one day and very happy with the results of the roof!

We had some wind damage on a piece of flashing. Klark responded quickly and came out next morning to perform the repair. Will definitely be using again in the future
