Scheduled weekly cleanings with Amanda for one of my rental properties. Showed up once, then didn't show up again. Pool now has algae growing inside of it, which never happened when I managed it myself. I called and left several voicemails on the office line, and texted and left voicemails on Amanda's personal line which she gave me. I'm not sure what happened or why they just stopped showing up. Still a mystery to me as I can't seem to get a call back and no one answers any of the numbers I have. So strange to be ghosted by a well-rated pool cleaning service.

I'm sorry Danielle devreux that you were disappointed . The pictures of pool are from after we went the first time and met your renter, treated your pool and returned the very next day. You are not being honest with what happened . We stopped service clearly after you called me on the 6th of July on a Sunday . I told you I'd be out one more time to give you time to find a new pool service on your normal Monday . This was the fourth visit . you hired us and we worked with you for less than 2 weeks and we went out four times and you and I both have the evidence of that. I terminated the pool contract .Your pool is old and deteriorating. I don't know who took care of your pool before but I stopped service after those visits because your pool is a problem. You need to resurface. Your own rente
