My daughter shared Kleeberger Contracting Services with me when I had a leak in my kitchen that lead to a total remodel. They were all so nice. From the drawing of the kitchen, to choosing the cabinets, counter top, back splash, etc Ethan was awesome to work with. The crew headed by Hanson did an awesome job with installation and answering all my questions, they even went out of their way to help me with a few things like moving the washer and dryer that was technically outside of the scope of the job. Every one was very friendly and communicated what was happening with me so that I didn’t have any qualms about having them in my house. Our kitchen is the third home renovation project we’ve entrusted to Kleeberger Contracting Services, and as with our two bathroom total upgrades, we’re extremely happy with the results. While we didn’t change the layout, the whole space was gutted and completely redone. Soffits were removed, then new drywall and paint, a new window, lighting, countertops, backsplash, and flooring were installed. We can’t say enough about how impressed we are with the Kleeberger team. Parker, the project leader, kept us informed and worked with us to make sure we were happy with every decision. He was very thoughtful, even taking care of some extra details that just made the overall end result that much better. We can’t believe what beautiful craftsmanship Kleeberger Construction Services displayed in the updating of our outdated, carpeted stairway! The skill of their trim carpenters was incredible! They were prompt, professional and kind. At the finish of our stairway project, they left everything perfectly spotless. We would not hesitate to recommend Kleeberger Construction. Best renovation experience I've ever had. This is our 3rd bathroom reno in the last 5 years and the 4th contractor we have used. Our bathroom hadn't been updated since roughly 1920 and had some features I really wanted to keep, like brick pressed plaster walls and a claw-footed cast-iron tub. We tried to get quotes from several different contractors, but very few would even give us a quote if it involved keeping the tub. Kyle was incredibly detailed in working out the quote. He didn't just measure the bathroom, but looked at how the wiring would need to be done, what would work with the ancient plumbing, and the types of flooring that would work with our layout. We had Kleeberger Contracting finish our unfinished basement in our new build home. From the start, everyone we spoke with was personable and professional. They were flexible with our schedule and gave us time to think over choosing them as our contractors and we are so glad we did! The whole process was incredibly smooth with frequent, daily communication along the way.
