Kleen Crete, Inc.

Earlier in the year, Jonathan Ellis with Kleencrete was contracted to pressure wash my place of employment. At approximately 9:30pm I was walking the store and heard the pressure outside of the fire exit and saw water coming in under the door. I opened the door to find Mr. Ellis pressure washing and found my car which was parked right in front of the fire exit door covered in debris and dirt. After coming back inside, I became concerned with the smell of bleach and what it may do to the paint. I went to the back of the store to find Mr. Ellis washing the back of the building. I asked him what he was using to clean the building. He exclaimed that it was a mixture of bleach and, “some other things.” I asked him if I should be concerned that it may damage the paint on my car and he replied,

I would leave zero stars if it were possible. My wife and I pulled into a Whataburger in Mobile Alabama, they were pressure washing the parking lot, the guy running the crew made us stop at the driveway while he and two other men proceeded to pressure wash dirt debris and water all over our brand new vehicle. He could care less. All he had to do was allow us to pull forward but he would not, he continued to pressure wash right on top of our vehicle after hollering at us telling us to STOP. Whoever was running this crew should at the least be reprimanded! I don’t think he is local and it certainly appeared he could care less about all the local cars ordering in the drive through. Very unprofessional! Whataburger should find another company to pressure wash their parking lots IMO! One bad

I inquired about a package deal for our neighborhood, and Jonathan worked it out for us! Everyone who signed up was pleased with the price and the work that was done. They have the commercial equipment necessary for a professional and efficient job. Our curbs, driveways, walkways, and houses look wonderful! Jonathan and his team took note of special requests, gave onsite quotes for specific jobs other than what was offered in the package deal, and treated our properties with care. They were attentive to detail, prompt, and careful, and we appreciated it. We will definitely be calling on KleenCrete for our pressure washing needs in the future!

Had a little issue with one of their men this evening . While trying to get a milkshake for the ride home after work. Of all things.... I called their office regarding that issue. Not sure of the name of the man I spoke with but he was very professional. This five star is for him and In faith he will bring this issue up to his employee so next time he learn to be a little more polite and professional. Also those guys pulled up at whataburger and within minutes where getting to work. Definitely a horrible attitude from the 160 pound redish brown bushy haired fella. Hard working or not. That attitude would be considered cancer and wouldn't be spreading through my company and to other employees.
