We hired this upholstery cleaner for a service in our home, and unfortunately the cleaning process caused damage to both our flooring and our couch. The damage was significant enough that the couch had to ultimately be replaced as well as our 6 month old flooring. After the damage occurred, we were told that an insurance claim had been filed. After waiting for follow-up, we discovered that no claim had actually been submitted, and I had to contact the company’s insurance carrier myself and initiate the claim to move the process forward.
