Ian of Klem's started off as a nice guy but upon finishing day 1 of his drywall aka sheet rock work, it is clear he is not the contractor you want to depend on. He showed up without the most simplistic tool required, the razor knife aka utility knife which is needed to cut the sheets of new drywall. He texted me asking if he could borrow mine upon arrival... wow. I obviously was nice and agreed so we could hopefully start getting our new home back together from a recent water damage insurance claim that collapsed our living room ceiling and damaged the wall as well. That should have been our sign of concern. I left for 2 hours and came back and he was acting exhausted which triggered me to now help him hang my own new drywall for our celing panels. I literally held each of the three sheets

We are so happy that we were able to have Klem’s Construction help us on a major dry wall repair and reinstall cabinets. We have an older home that unfortunately was “updated” by using the cheapest means possible and cutting corners. This makes repairs tricky and difficult but Ian found great ways to address issues while working on our project. Ian is very professional and kind and we already have another job we will be hiring him for. Thanks!
