Klimat Master Pools

I have been to multiple klimat master pools, commercial and residential. They are beautifully constructed. Most importantly I have known this company to be committed to professionalism, consistency, and excellence. Dustin, Frank, Greg, Scott, and John have always made efforts over the years to take quick care of any concerns I have had.

We used Klimat Master Pools for our pool and spa build in 2020. Amazing experience. From design to construction, very low stress process. Quality of the pool and spa has been excellent. Couldn’t be happier. But what’s been even better, has been the post construction maintenance and service. Extremely responsive and have handled all our questions and issues with ease. Again, couldn’t be happier. One of the best decisions we’ve ever made

I had my pool replastered/resurfaced by Klimat. Very pleased with the results and after a couple seasons with it couldn’t be happier with it. Dustin was able to get an issue that happened resolved for me in a timely manner. I’d recommend giving them a call if you need your gunite pool refinished. I went with the darkest color after initially planning on something a little lighter. It absolutely transformed the look of the old sandy colored plaster. Thanks again!

We used Klimat Master to close our pool the last two seasons. On the positive, they came when they said they would and did what we needed done and that is why they get two stars from me. The problem I have is with the price and dishonesty. We didn't get a full estimate for the cost for closing and that is completely our fault. Last year was our first year with our pool and so when we closed the cost was around $900. We thought that seemed high, but they assured my husband that it was because we had to purchase all the plugs, caps, etc and that the following year the cost should go down. Got our bill this year and it was $1,300. I noticed that we were charged for 10 plugs. We had been charged last year for all the plugs and when we opened the pool ourselves, I kept them all in a bo

We purchased the house last year with Gunite pool. I had been dealing with Greg to get the service going. He is very courteous and calls me back. He send Ron to open up the pool. Ron did a great job. He was very professional and courteous. Thanks Greg and Ron for your help.
