Klimate King A/C & Heating

Klimate King is awesome. My AC went out on Sunday & Klimate King showed up on Monday and had my AC back up & running. Klimate King was very professional & courteous. I would definitely refer them to anyone & I will definitely be calling them the next time I need AC service. Great job by Joseph Warren & company!

Our landlord arranged for their technician to set up the wiring, but it was not functioning properly. We raised our concerns at the time, and the technician said it would take two hours to fully charge and then left — but it never worked, and no one ever returned to complete the job. Despite being charged \$355, the service was never properly delivered. We've called multiple times to follow up, but our concerns have been completely ignored. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience — once they received the payment, they simply stopped responding. We’re requesting that this issue be resolved, as we paid for a service that was never completed.

Everytime I've used them it's been excellent, prompt, professional service. Most recently had an issue with AC blowing warm air on a Sat called around 5pm to their after hours tech. He showed up and fixed it by 6 (not exaggerating he was nearby by chance but still impressed everyone there) I recommend them to friends and family. Normally don't bother to put reviews but felt service was above and beyond and it was the least I can do
