Kline Bros Pools and Landscaping

If I could give a zero rating I would! This company came and dug up the cement of a walkway between 2 houses and about a 1/4 of the backyard cement and it was the wrong house! I even went outside to speak to them yesterday saying you didn’t get my approval for the portion of the walkway that I own their response was “this is what the owner next door wants”. Today a gentleman comes in a pickup truck asking the 3 men what are you doing it’s the wrong house! I have this conversation on video! Now they left to go to the correct house 2 doors down and they didn’t finish the wrong job they started! They piled all the cement on the front lawn and covered up most probably broke the sub pump pipe that releases water out front. Now it’s going to rain most of the week and the craw space will flo

I have never in my life, have had work done, with such a horrific company. It has been a nightmare to work with them. Starting with John the owner, they are a bunch of liars. they have not kept their word on a single item. i was promised work completed before Memorial Day and here we are the middle of July, and we are not finished. I am supposed to have my daughters graduation party this weekend, which I already moved twice and now have to move again, and I lost my deposit. I have caught their employees sleeping on the job, have had the wrong material delivered 3 times, have been waiting for the correct material for days now and I am in a jam. Kline bros did a great job on our pool design and installation. John Kline was very helpful and provided good ideas on the layout. Rob, their site manager, was on top of the install every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

well i had this tree. The tree had been bought and put in by Kline, and i had been given a guarantee that it would live and if it didnt, that they would replace it. I did everything right (i thought), especially in terms of watering it continually. Slowly, however, it lots its vigor and then died altogether. I called back Kline, actually went there, and showed pictures. Everyone was very nice but it was hard to get that type of tree this time of year. To make a long story short, I GOT MY TREE! and it is thriving beautifully, all green on top, and i think its roots are happy now.....thank you Kline and Ben and Roger and Sheena and Patti. I know i was a pain in the trunk (lol) but this tree was so worth it....thank you!
