I would give 10 stars if that was an option. Absolutely the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. I have 12 rental properties in the Des Moines area and hiring the correct roofing company has always been a huge burden on my time. Reese was extremely patient with my questions, communication and scheduling during the entire process from initial estimate to completion of the project. In my specific case the work was able to be completed in one day and the end results surpassed my expectations by a mile. During the time of my project one of my neighbors hired a large corporate contractor for a similar sized roof and it took them 3 1/2 days to complete. Kling Roofing did an excellent job with our entire roof replacement. They completed the job in a single day, despite a late start due to weather. They brought me up on the roof when the previous shingles were removed to show me places of rot where boards would need to be replaced. Their pricing was very competitive and Kling Roofing provided excellent value for their expertise and finished product. I would recommend them to anyone.
