Klinge Lock & Safe

Have been working with Klinge lock and safe for over 20 years. I am responsible for 18 restaurants and they have saved my rear end way more times than I can tell you. These guys are very professional, very qualified and very smart people !!!

Lou and team did a great job—fast, reliable, and affordable. Gave great recommendations on lock types to use and explained why. Highly recommend his locksmith services.

I literally called today at 315p and told them I had an emergency, I lost my register key. An hour and a half later I came by and they replaced the lock right away. I was In and out in 10 mins tops! Definitely recommend.

Worked on my safe. Very reasonable, and nice people. Took safe to them. Theiir young strongman muscled out of my van. Wouldn't accept any help. He could be playing for the Bengals☺. Ready in a day or so. Really cool laid back bulldog named Norman hangs out in shop, but only occasionally works on locks☺.

Unorganized and terrible communication. They were supposed to call on a Monday to schedule an update for our office cabinet locks, no one called. The same happened on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. After several text messages and calls, no one knows what is going on or if they can even update our locks. If the preliminary steps are this painful, I can't imagine what the rest of the experience would be like. Don't waste your time! =(
