Not professional driver's, took out fence trying to get unstuck from a place I told him not to go. No accountability. Even Managers have no accountability. Be careful using this company.

Never had them do work but will never. When someone is getting over there is so need to be rude and floor it and almost cause an accident because your ego got hurt. And then to almost sideswipe me because you wanna flip me off and act a fool and try leaning out of the passenger side window to make sure I see you. Grow up dude. Almost get in a wreck often with these drivers.

I was looking for crushed asphalt and found only 1 place that sold it, checked reviews and thought Kloepfer’s would be easy to work with BUT ordered 8 yards for a Friday delivery they finally called at 4:55 ( close at 5:00) that was an ok delivery called the next week for another 8 yard load for Friday and no call or truck showed up. No one answered phones at 5:00. Called Monday at 8:00 to see what happened that had no explanation and told me they would be right out with a load did not get here till 11:00. I’m not too impressed with their service, and can see why they have 1 star reviews. Drivers are great communication is next to nothing as far as service goes. There loads were shorter (Small) than expected. Oh well they are in it for $$$ only.

Great Company, purchased gravel and sand for a pond project. Price was reasonable and very friendly office staff.

On time, very nice and professional. I'd definitely use them again.
