5 stars is not good enough for this crew they deserve a 10. Our dental office had a water pipe break and they arrived in less than 5 minutes when we called. Changed their work plans for the day to get our pipe fixed and helped with all of our equipment to get us back up and running in 4 hours. This crew is amazing would highly recommend. 💜

Recently had to have all the kitchen drain pipes replaced. Which was quite a long stretch from one side of the home to the other. The work was done very professionally and designed better than originally constructed. Thanks for the great job and I would definitely call Klopatek plumbing and heating again when any issues occur !!!

We are so happy with the service we've received from Klopatek Plumbing. We know the reviews have been mixed, but we have had nothing but outstanding service from them. We had a clogged drain, called them, and they were out to fix it by the end of the day. We had a broken pressure tank, they ordered a new one, and were back within a week to fix it. All of the technicians have been incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions without a problem. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to others. They're great!

I needed a new lift station pump. The work Klopatek did was excellent. But what a price to pay! We were in total shock when we received the bill. They charged me $595 for a pump. A name brand cast iron pump at Menards can be had for $186! Then they replaced a check valve that had nothing wrong with it for $58. Menards charges $24 for a PVC check valve! And the labor was $145/hour! Yikes! Really? Price gouging pure and simple. Watch out for these guys.
