K&M Excavation and Septic

I would not recommend you have any work done from K&M septic. They will overcharge you if give them a chance. Dillion and another employee came out to check my septic tank because my yellow warning light had been on for two days, anyways they told me my pump was going out and Dillion said it needed replaced and that the pump would cost $400 so I tell him okay go ahead and replace it well 30 minutes into the repair he told me that he told me wrong and that the pump was actually $900. After a minute of thinking about it in which I should of threw up the red flags there and stopped them right there but I agreed to let him go ahead and swap it out which was basically a plug and play, it wasn’t like they had to rewire the whole thing basically unplug the old one and tie in the new one. I had some plumbing issues and Stephanie quickly got me an appointment. Dyllon arrived on time, explain what the job would entail and the cost. I would highly recommend them. He did a great job and no hidden costs!

Cully was my service tech, and he was great! He fixed a clogged tee at my septic inlet and pumped out the septic vault. I really appreciated how he kept me informed of his ETA and was both courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend K&M's services.

K&M was very responsive. They were able to get me in next day for a septic clean out. Cully was the technician that came to our rescue. We have rental property outside of town and it has town water but not town sewer hook up. I didn't know anything about the septic. So when Cully he was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend K&M to everyone and will be calling them for future service.

Mason did a great job pumping out are septic tank. Inlet pipe was sludged and causing back up in are condensation drain.
