I had a new window being installed when a lentil fell (first photo with 2X4’s temporary securing the brick). The builder, in 1996, didn’t tie the lentil in the brick. 😮 I called, was quoted fast, and they were here the next day to address the safety concern. Long story short… … they made the window opening and wall safe again (second photo with new lentil properly secured in and brick reinstalled). … they did what they said they would do. … they communicated very well. … they did excellent work. … they were friendly. … they left the jobsite super clean. I would highly recommend them based on my experience and will be sharing their information with my neighborhood and friends. Excellent service and experience. 🙌

Kevin gave me a price that was $2000 less than I had been quoted from his competitors. Showed up on time, did the work quickly, cleaned everything up perfectly and sent me pictures of the repairs. Very professional and great to work with, I recommend KM Masonry.

We couldn't be happier. They are Certified for Liability which was mandatory for us. We had some chimney/fireplace work that needed to be repaired that was found during an inspection. Not only was their communication exceptional but so were their prices and the quality of work and their promptness to complete the job on time. We were so happy that we had a bathroom repair that also needed to be done, per the inspection, and they also quoted a price and later initiated to lower it after reviewing their initial quote. They will provide before and after pictures of all work done. We will be hiring them again to quote any work we would need done on our current home.

Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job tuck pointing my 1931 brick Tudor home. They also did a number of repairs to my limestone front porch. I mostly appreciated Kevin’s patience and accommodation as I added to the scope of the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They know their craft!
