The two gentleman who came for estimations were punctual, professional, and thorough. There were three gentleman who came to perform the duct cleaning the day of. This was the most extensive duct cleaning we have ever had. They spent 2.5 hours working continuously. The young men performing this service were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained the processes as they were doing them and even made comments and suggestions regarding our current system. I hired KMH to vacuum the ducts of my furnace/ac. I am very happy that I had this done. The two young men assigned to the job, did excellent work. They not only thoroughly vacuumed the ducts, but also repaired the ones that needed it. My air conditioner now works twice as efficiently as before, and the quality of the air in my house has improved decidedly. I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to call on them again.

Richard and Frank arrived on-time; went over the work order with me to confirm details, and 3 and half hours later had the 1st floor of our home clean as a whistle. They periodically asked me to inspect the rooms they had cleaned for anything they missed. When I found some areas, they addressed them immediately.
