We called late in the day, and they came the very next morning. They also notified us approximately 15 minutes prior to their arrival to let us know they were on their way. Greg checked our pipes, pressure, boiler, etc. Tested the heat, and determined we only needed a new thermostat and that our furnace was in good condition. He replaced the thermostat, tested it, and confirmed everything was good before he left. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful. I would highly recommend their services to family and friends.
