The heating and air conditioning company we had used for 20+ years was purchased by KMS, and we have been very happy with their service. We have signed up for their maintenance plan, and their techs were thorough and professional when they recently came out to check the heating system.

Steve McCarter came out to fix out outside leaky faucet. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and gave great fast service. He was great with answering questions and the cost was very reasonable. I will definately use them again for plumbing and ask for Steve.

I called KMS on a Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend due to a flooded crawlspace caused by a broken pipe between my geothermal system and my hot water heater. Within about an hour a friendly, knowledgeable tech was at my house. Two hours later my geothermal system was cooling my house again, and my hot water heater was warming up water in prep for warm showers that night. They provided excellent, quick service for a fair price, and they have absolutely become my new geothermal contact for any future issues.
