Knepp Sand & Stone Co

I have dealt with Knepp Sand and Stone before and they were always great but this was a disaster... I had called to order and they were supposed to deliver today and then they called and said they were out of the stone I needed. That wasn't a big deal because I just got the next closest thing and told them to give me a call about where to drop it off whenever they were here to deliver. Well they delivered it and never called and just dumped it right on my driveway....🤦‍♂️😭 Edit: They did reach out immediately and made it right so I will say if they mess up they will try their best to make it up to you

I delivered some landscape stone here, and I can't say enough great things about these awesome people. They treated me with such hospitality and got me in and out fast! If you have a need for any landscape products, this place has it all for sure!

This was my first time to place an order for limestone, so I called to ask if someone could give me an estimate of how many square feet a certain amount of limestone would cover. I called twice & both ladies said they couldn't answer that question. So consequently I did not order enough limestone. So now I will have to order more & pay another delivery & fuel charge. Then I called again to have someone look up my brother's orders. They only looked up one order. I had to call back 2 more times to get a listing of all his orders. I was very disappointed with their customer service ladies. But their driver, Gary was very nice & was willing to spread the limestone where I asked him to.

Very happy customer here! We have had limestone for our driveway delivered twice now, in 2015 and again today with both times being extremely happy. Their customer service, prices, and employees are great. The delivery driver today Gary went above and beyond for me even getting out of his truck to help fill in a few holes at the end of our driveway. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great local company!
