Knight Brothers

Knight removed 6 trees from the back of my property. They were conscientious, deliberate and hard working. My property was respected and all workers were polite - which is quite uncommon today. One of the men, Gary explained exactly what would happen, answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns fully and made sure I was completely informed at all stages. If I could give them more stars I would. The absolute best - my new “go to” for all our tree needs.

Due to an unsafe work area, Knight Bros. employees caused damage to a passing vehicle, not to mention creating a hazardous situation for other passing vehicles. This company's lack of professionalism and inability to do work safely and responsibly, as well as refusal to take ownership of their irresponsible actions, is a detriment to any who hire this company. In this particular instance, there was no "work zone" indicated, as their workers trimmed trees next to a busy road. No cones, no one managing traffic. There was no evidence of safety personnel from Knight Bros., Inc., to ensure proper procedures were followed. In addition, the workers were neglectful in how the work was being performed, with branches carelessly falling into the road, again with no work zone indicated. It was a haza

Promptly, safely removed a tree that fell on my house during a storm, puncturing the roof. They avoided additional damage during the removal. The tree fell at 9 pm, they assessed it at 10 pm, then came back at dawn, 7 am, the next day and did the 3 hour job, using a crew of 8, a chipper, a bucket truck and a crane. Very professional!

The guy that came out was very nice, however their prices were higher then 3 other tree companies that came out. What threw me off was that he could not make a decision himself and needed a second opinion. It is my understanding that you send out the representative who is confident in there ability to properly assess the situation and make a solid decision. If you needed a second opinion then there should have been two representatives present.
