Definitely would recommend you having better drivers driving your vans or at least talk to them about paying attention. One of your employees almost hit me today as I was turning- mind you I was only turning because he HAD HIS TURN SIGNAL ON. He then proceeded to drive up on me and flip me off. Sorry not sorry but maybe he should have paid attention to the fact that he was showing drivers he was turning due to not turning off his blinker. I wouldn’t want anyone this rude to work on my thing. Have a great weekend.

After getting quotes from 4 other companies, I settled on Knight. I had Knight install 2 Mitsubishi outdoor heat pumps with 6 indoor units. Ron was very patient with me throughout the whole quoting process, which we went back and forth on several times. They performed a Manual J after taking many measurements of my home to properly size the system. They finished in two days and were transparent the whole time of where to put all hardware.

I've been using Knight Since I moved to Hudson 3 years ago. Service and delivery are always prompt and efficient. I woke up last night to a 50 degree house and they had a service technician come out at 4 AM to get it back up and running. Can't say enough about how happy I am with them!

Knight Fuel installed a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump system in my house. My system consists of one 18,000 BTU unit in my living room and one 9,000 BTU unit in my master bedroom with Kumo cloud which has an app on your phone you can use to control each mini split. From start to finish I was pleased with my experience. Ron the service manager is great to deal with. He answered all my questions and always responded promptly to my calls. The crew that came out to install was very efficient and neat. The electrician, Michael Cardinale who Knight Fuel contracted was also great. Michael wired the mini splits and also replaced and upgraded my entire circle breaker box. His work is great. This has been a long time coming, but this recent work that Knight Fuel did, just reminded me how great and wonderful it is to have such an amazing company in the Northborough area. At moment's notice/request, they've come out in the past in freezing weather on weekends for fixing issues and did so last Sunday (Roy and John), promptly coming in to fix my furnace which blew up due to a leak in my basement piping. Roy is an amazing technician, so thoroughly professional and helpful; I cannot thank him enough for all the work he did these past two days to get my house up-and-running with heat and hot water. I know people shop around for quite a bit for best pricing and what-not, but I know I will never move on from Knight Fuel, due to their exceptional service, and 24x7 support - unmatched
