Knight's Appliance Repair

Having dealt with an unscrupulous repair man I called Knight's. Mr. Knight first me in and came the day after I called him. He addressed and fixed the dishwasher problem quickly and took the time to look at another problem with an ice maker. I can't say enough about how helpful and courteous he is.

Mr. Charles efficiently investigated my refrigerator's problems and came prepared with replacement parts, because he thought to ask for serial numbers prior to his arrival. He knows how to do business and is customer-minded and knows what he's doing, unlike some in this field. I will call him again if needed.

My washing machine was giving me problems and I called Knights about checking it out. He made a repair that appeared to fit the issue, but only temporary. It started again and I carried it back and Mr. Knight found out the pump was going out causing the initial problems. He had one on hand, replaced it, tested it and everything works as it should. I've had no more problems and washing takes a fraction of the time as before!

This is a one man company. He quickly diagnosed and ordered the part which was installed this morning. A very competent repairman with honest pricing. Highly recommended.

I'm very satisfied with the work knights did on my washer. It came back fast great work better than ever. I will refer them anytime.
