By far the best company in Charleston when it comes to concrete and pre-cast. The customer service was exceptional and i would recommend them to anyone.

I would say this is one of the worst Customer service I ever received through a concrete ready mix company. The Front Desk Person Name “HOPE” has a terrible attitude and lacks people skills. She will deny any resolution to a concern you may have. I schedule a pour for 3 days ahead and call back 1 day before the pour and she said her employee named “Hailey” forgot to write it down. Granted, people make mistakes, the Manage HOPE has terrible service. I would highly recommend going to another concrete company, they will charge you $250 a Cubic Yard and give attitude for free, Other companies around are almost $100 dollars lower then Knights, I won’t mention the competitions so people don’t say this is the competition writing a bad review, I am a contractor that does building pads for building

First time dealing with this company, and it will be the last! I will drive to Columbia if I have to. I've had to make 2 45 minute trip down here. I got here yesterday at 15 minutes before 5 and everyone had already left. Then come back today, no one is helpful. Eric finally gets me to where I need to be, but instead of him taking it upon himself to help a Paying Customer with the products he needs, instead tell me I would have to wait 15 minutes till someone could get off break before I would be helped. In the construction business 15 mins may not seem like a lot. But that's man hours and equipment hours. Which means I'm losing money. So thanks Knights Precast!

Got behind one of their dump trucks yesterday on I 26 westbound. The driver was hauling gravel that I could clearly see was overloaded and he didn’t have his tarp rolled over it. Several rocks fell off striking my vehicle. I was fortunate enough to follow him a ways and record what was happening. I called twice yesterday and my calls were never returned. I will now forward my video to the appropriate agency and retain a lawyer to recoup damages. I promise I will get my money back one way or another.

I have worked with Knights for years in the construction field getting concrete, precast and blocks. There products and service is the best in the industry. Chuck Layton seems to have his hands on every part of the company and with his expertise everything runs pretty smooth. Knights Companies is a family business that has been around here for a long time and I would refer them to anyone, they do a great job.
