Know the Flo Sewer & Drain

I called the company yesterday about a clogged sink, and Neil came and fixed it this morning, less than 24 hours before my call yesterday. And on New Year's Eve! He was so helpful and explained everything to me as he went, and he outlined the issues in our system that we'll need to get resolved in future so that this doesn't keep happening. All for extremely reasonable prices! We couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Will definitely be using them again.

We called and he returned our call promptly. We needed the main drain to the street cleaned out. When he came Neil was professional and got right to work. He completed the job and told us that it should be done yearly. He gave us a price and it was reasonable for the service. We're happy with the work that was done. We'll use him again.

MARKETING SCAM - AVOID - This is no longer the number for Know the Flow. I called this number to book an appointment. The woman who answered claimed to be gathering referrals saying she would provide me with a list of "qualified professional "" in my area. After 20 minutes on the phone, I realized this phone number is a scam. The woman wouldn't give said referrals unless I gave her a great deal of personal information and agreed to allow "all of her professionals" - not only plumbers but anyone - contact me by phone, email, and text. When I refuse to give her any personal information, apart from my telephone contact number, she refused to give the referral list. Total scam.

I had a local guy come in the day before give up and go home. Called know the flow they sent a guy the next morning. He did great job. Explained everything well. Was time efficient. Good with dogs. More or less $200 a hour

We had a sewer backup last week and I randomly chose this company as the first one that could make it out to our house. Neil answered the call immediately and did a perfect job. I highly recommend him to any one with a plumbing issue. So glad I didn't call Roto Rooter which I have heard is very very expensive.
