I have had my Pest Control Service for 2yrs with Knox and they give great service nd their receptionist have great customer service. Just 3days ago I noticed a scratchy noise over my guess bedroom at night. I called them and they did not hesitate to send anyone out. The next day Thomas came out and looked into my attic, for free of charge. He saw the problem and I immediately signed up for the Rodent Service. Thomas was nice and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable while he did his job. Also, Thomas explained everything that he did and saw up in the attic.
