Knoxville Appliance and Repair

We turned our Maytag washing machine in on warranty via their website. It scheduled a time with Knoxville appliance. My boyfriend stayed home half a day to call them and find out that he wasn't going to show. He came the following Saturday, ordered parts, Monday he replaced the harness. It didn't fix it and he never came back with the pump. Last time we saw him was the beginning of February, and now it's the middle of April. He rarely answered the many text messages or phone calls. Now we're trying to get ahold of Maytag to try to find another service tech.

Terrible customer service. Eric never returned calls or text messages, even when promised to do so when we spoke on phone. After more than a month he bailed on my repair project and another repair person had to do the job. Avoid if possible.

Eric came to our house on June 21st to look at fridge. He was paid $200 to order a part. Today is August 2nd. He never came back. He answers every once in awhile and says he’ll call back and never does.

He came to my in-laws to repair dishwasher. He was going to order a part and come back to install. He was paid, but never came back. They have tried several time to call, he never answers.

I have had Gary come work on my appliances for 20 years. We just bought a new refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. Fast friendly service, and very affordable. We are hoping to purchase a washer soon. Highly recommend.
