These people really go above and beyond for their customers. They went beyond the scope to accommodate my needs. I would rate their customer service a 5 star. The honesty and integrity they extended is something you just don't find in people today. I am very pleased with the experience and how fair they were during the sale for the mower I purchased. This place is fair and my husband had took his lawn mower to another place in jasper off old 78 hwy they did not fix it charged him 600 dollars for nothing lawn mower didn’t run right at took it back and still didn’t run right a waste of money on top of it they kept the lawn mower for a month. KnS took care of the problem and had lawn mower back in 3 days they worked untill they got it right. So you want someone honest and reasonable priced this is the place. Great work . Thank you. For being honest can’t find this anymore.

Sold me a lawn mower said it would work for couple seasons. I did not make one pass in my yard and pto was smoking hot . Blew belt I replaced belt made second pass quit again. Pto hot. Then tire fell off bf I could even drive it back to the barn. No answer to messages now. 😕
