Nick is a great asset to KNZ! He is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and always able to trouble shoot issues with my Navien hot water heaters even though KNZ did not install them. They did install our boiler with the HVAC system and I have never had any issues with that system this far!

Our 30 year old Weil-Mclain boiler broke down and the problem was something I was unable to fix on my own, so gave KNZ a try. I saw they had mostly positive reviews here and I liked their comments here too, to both positive and negative reviews. They sent their tech Nick out, who was here within a few hours, earlier than I had expected. Nick found the problem within 30 minutes. It was a bad fluid level module. He said it would cost $850 to fix it, which I thought was a bit high, but it had to be fixed asap so gave him the ok. He ordered the part and it came in the next day and he installed it. He was probably here, a total of 3 hours for both days. Now my system is back to running normal, thank goodness. Nick is very sharp and knowledgeable and he did a great job. I didn't get an itemized
